Neukelp Innovation Technology Private Limited is the owner of the website. Terms of Use has details about the device, app, and services that Neukelp provides to its customers. Customers are expected to read the usage terms and policies before using the device and services offered by Neukelp.

Once you buy the product from Neukelp, as customers you must follow these terms and policies strictly. Terms of Usage is applicable to all users including browsers, vendors, customers, purchasers and Business to Business dealers.

Read the terms of usage thoroughly. By using our website, you must follow the terms of usage. If you do not agree with any of the terms of usage mentioned here, then you may restrict yourself from using the website.

Any changes made to the device, app or services will also be included in terms of usage. So please read this page regularly. Neukelp holds the authority to update the terms of usage page on a regular basis. Users must intermittently read this page and be up-to-date about the terms of usage.

3. Common Terms
Neukelp can refuse service to anyone for any valid reason. The user’s information collected will be stored in Neukelp’s server. Data can be transmitted across systems and can be used for further unidentifiable analysis. There can be several changes made to the technology used and also the method in which the user’s data gets saved and processed.
Strict copyright policy has been attached to Neukelp’s products. Users must not replicate the product or any service of Neukelp. Users must not vend and exploit the product.
Topics defined in the terms of usage can be amended at any point of time by Neukelp. Users must read the terms of usage at regular intervals.

4. Information Provided
Details given on the terms of usage page are common line items that the user must be aware of. Users must not make a decision just by readings these. Users must also refer to in-detail sources before deciding to buy Neukelp’s products/services. Terms of Usage page may also contain old information that is not chronologically matched with product/service updates. Neukelp will always try to keep this page updated with news terms and conditions as amended on a timely basis.
5. Alterations to the product, service, website and product pricing
Neukelp’s product can undergo changes in shape, color, technology, and pricing. As and when there is a change, the user will be notified of the same. Neukelp holds the right to make changes to the product/service or discontinue service. Under such circumstances, the user will be notified prior to 2 weeks of implementing the change. Neukelp will not be held responsible for any changes made to the product/service or to remove/replace services as required by the business.
6. Policies pertaining to Products and Services
Product purchased through e-commerce portals or offline trade shows will have a return policy attached to it. Faulty products can be returned and replaced or refunded within 2 weeks of purchase. Quantity of purchase will be determined by the on-hand stock or available inventory. Bulk orders can be placed. But it will have a target time for delivery due to manufacturing and other activities to be carried out by Neukelp. The date of delivery of bulk orders and product type (with customization if needed) can be defined on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the purchaser. Neukelp invites both B2B and B2C channels of purchase mode. Sales of the product can be restricted by Neukelp to any person, business, company, industry, geographic location with valid reasons. Depiction of the product and pricing can change from time-to- time at the sole discretion of Neukelp. Neukelp can decide to discontinue the main product or older version of the product at any point in time. Notification will be sent to the user in such scenarios. Offers and Discounts provided can be changed or withdrawn with prior notification to the user. Shipping the product will be taken care of by the e-commerce portals. Bulk orders can take some time to be shipped to the customer’s location. Also, it will include logistics costs.

7. Color and Display of the Product
Neukelp has done its best in displaying the color and look of the product properly to the customer. Any variation in the display of the product could be because of screen resolution issues with the User’s computer or mobile.
8. Purchase and Billing Procedures
Neukelp has the right to accept or reject orders received from B2B or B2C contacts. We can reduce the number of ordered items or cancel the order based on the availability of product stock. Quantity of products ordered from the same customer account will be checked and the decision to accept or reduce the order quantity or reject the order will be taken by Neukelp. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of Neukelp’s management meetings. Change in the order quantity or cancellation will be informed to the customer/business dealers through emails, billing address, and phone calls. The customer agrees to provide complete personal details at the time of purchase from the store. Customers must regularly update their account details in order to receive proper communication from Neukelp.
9. Terms & Conditions of the Third Party Selling Company
Neukelp’s products will be sold through third-party websites/e-commerce websites. Details presented on third party websites will be as provided by Neukelp. Any variation to the description of the product can be brought to our notice through our email id support@neukelp.com. Payment made through third party sites to buy our product is completely under the ownership of the e- commerce portal. Any wrong payments, product issues during procurement must be followed up with third-party companies only. Neukelp will not be responsible for any loss/damage caused due to the negligence of the third party selling company. Please read and understand the third-party company’s terms and conditions before you make any type of transaction through their website or mobile application. Issues, damage entitlements, queries must be directly raised with the third party company. Neukelp will not be involved in any interaction that takes place between the customer and the third party selling company.
10. Customer feedback and response about the product 
Customers can send their feedback, input, and response about the product. It can be a requested contribution from Neukelp or customer volunteered effort. Customers can contact Neukelp through the email id provided. Feedback given by customers can be used by Neukelp on any medium of communication. It can also appear on “Reviews by Customer” or “Customer Testimonial” page.
Neukelp will not pay for any of the customer feedback. Neukelp may or may not respond to customer inputs. Depending upon the volume of responses or emails inflow, Neukelp will make a decision whether to respond to the customer or not.
Customer feedback can be retained, modified or removed based on the decision of Neukelp. Illicit content will be completely discarded. Customers must understand that their feedback must not violate any of Neukelp’s terms and conditions. Customer must not send malicious scripts, malware, virus, bug codes, etc… that can damage Neukelp’s system. The customer must provide the correct email id and phone number that belongs to them. Must not pretend to be someone else or write to Neukelp with a different identity of email id and mobile number. Customer posting on third party websites about Neukelp’s product and service must be careful that they give accurate information. Neukelp will not be held responsible for customer’s postings on third party websites.
11. Customer Information
Customer’s first name, last name, email, address, the phone number provided through the Neukelp’s website are governed by the system administrator, stored in our server and processed as required. Read Privacy Policies for more information.
12. Website Content
There may be a possibility for an error while typing the content of the website, product, service, pricing, discounts, etc… Neukelp has the right to correct such errors at any point in time without sending a notification to the customers. Changes or alterations made will not be notified to the customer. This can happen even after the customer has placed an order on third party websites. Neukelp can cancel such orders by themselves or on customer request.
There is no defined time span to make changes or correct errors. It can happen instantly or can take a reasonable time as required by Neukelp’s technical team. The price of the product can change without any notice to the customer. Previously placed orders with old pricing will be processed with the pricing details as mentioned in the purchase order. New orders after the pricing change will have a new price in the purchase order.
13. Outlawed Usage
Forbidden activities in Neukelp’s website, product and services have already been defined. Reiterating the same with some additions:
– Do not use for unlawful needs
– Do not involve others to be a part of unconstitutional activities
– Do not violate local laws, Indian constitutional bylaws, regulations, age limit rules
– Trespass intellectual property rights
– Abuse, insult, harass, humiliate, sexual descriptions, race, skin color, gender discrimination, the nation of birth, disability, etc… must not be criticized on Neukelp’s website or other third party sources containing Neukelp’s product/services
– Do not submit false or misleading information
– Do not upload virus, bugs, malware, malicious scripts on Neukelp’s websites and products
– Do not try to gather other customer information from Neukelp’s system
– Spamming, phishing, sending unwanted junk text, unwanted advertisements, etc… must be avoided
– Trying to hack the security system of Neukelp’s server and other computers is illegal
Neukelp has all rights to stop the access to customers if they find them involved in any such illicit activities (not just limited to the above points. Any activity that can cause damage to Neukelp’s product/service/brand name).

14. Seven Days Money Back Guarantee

After the purchase of our device if a customer is not happy with the device he/she can return within 7 days and get full money back, given that there is no any kind of mishandling by the customer. We strictly prohibit all our user not to bring the device in contact with water or any liquid. The refund will be initiated after proper inspection from our end.

15. Six Months Warranty

 During warranty period if a customer faces any issues with the device he/she can raise a request for device replacement, given that there is no physical damage. We strictly prohibit all our user not to bring the device in contact with water or any liquid like substances. The replacement will be done only after inspection from our end.
The courier charges for replacement of the device should be borne by the customer and not from our end.
